the development of the blue lagoon is long overdue i have heard so many plans for that area of portland including portb antonio and its surroundings, and yet still there is nothing happening i believe that port antonio and its environs will remain in the same state as it currently is nobody cares about the developmnt of portland, they only care about negril,ocho rios, montego bay, and even falmouth.port antonio was already on streaam for development ahead of falmouth and look at whats happening in falmouth now. i think that everybody should shut their mouths and stop talking about plans for portland if they arent going to follow through
